Appointments:

Immerse yourself in the transformative experience of laser hair removal at Skinnovation MediSpa, located at 514 Thornton Rd, Bradford BD8 9NA. To kickstart your journey, we kindly request full payment before your treatment begins. For package bookings, 100% payment is required upfront prior to the first session. Punctuality is key, as late arrivals exceeding ten minutes may risk forfeiting their appointment. We strive to accommodate everyone, but availability cannot be guaranteed for latecomers, and rescheduling may be necessary.

Prices and Packages:

At Skinnovation MediSpa, our prices for products, services, delivery, and other charges are current at the time of publication, but please note they are subject to change and availability. Regrettably, pre-purchased packages and treatments cannot be exchanged or refunded in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. The price you pay at the time of purchase will remain in effect, regardless of subsequent price fluctuations due to offers or promotions.

Cancellation Policy:

We value your presence at Skinnovation MediSpa, and we understand that life’s unexpected circumstances may require you to reschedule or cancel an appointment. To assist us in accommodating other clients on our waiting list, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes. In the case of last-minute cancellations or unforeseen circumstances, we empathise and will work with you to find a suitable solution.

While we do not charge a cancellation fee for last-minute cancellations or ‘no shows,’ we would like to provide a breakdown of our policy:

  • For the first ‘no show,’ a non-refundable payment will be required to secure your next appointment.
  • For subsequent ‘no shows’ or cancellations made at the last minute, future appointments will not be accommodated or refunded.

Please understand that remembering your appointment dates and times is your responsibility, and we encourage you to contact us if you need any clarification or confirmation.

Medical Concerns:

Your well-being is of utmost importance to us. We kindly request that you inform us of any medical conditions or allergies that may impact your treatment at Skinnovation MediSpa. Even seemingly minor details hold significance, so please don’t hesitate to share any relevant information. The safety and avoidance of any preventable reactions during your treatment are our priority.

Anti-Social Behaviour:

At Skinnovation MediSpa, we foster a harmonious environment where our dedicated staff members provide exceptional care. We have a strict Zero Tolerance policy towards any form of anti-social behavior directed at our team or fellow clients. We take the well-being of our staff seriously, ensuring they can fulfill their roles without fear of abuse or violence.

While our staff aims to assist you with utmost politeness, sensitivity, and helpfulness, we will not tolerate any aggressive behavior, whether physical, verbal, or abusive. Such actions include but are not limited to using offensive language, engaging in violence or harassment, making racist or sexist remarks, placing unrealistic demands causing undue stress, or causing harm or theft within our premises. We expect all clients to treat our staff and fellow clients with courtesy and respect at all times.

Personal Behaviors:

We kindly remind you that Skinnovation MediSpa cannot assume responsibility for the safekeeping of your personal belongings. Although we make every effort to notify you should any lost items be found, we cannot guarantee their safe return. Therefore, the responsibility for the security of your personal belongings lies with you as the client, rather than with our therapists or staff.

Gift Vouchers:

Gift Cards at Skinnovation MediSpa are a gateway to indulgence, available for all treatments and products. Please note that our Gift Cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of use. These vouchers remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash or treatments other than what was originally purchased.

Patch Test:

For certain treatments, we prioritise your well-being by conducting a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. This essential step ensures your safety, even if you have previously undergone a similar treatment elsewhere.

Please be aware that we cannot proceed with treatments requiring a patch test if it has not been conducted. We cannot accept a signed declaration from you as a substitute. In some cases, we may proceed with other parts of the treatment while adhering to safety guidelines. While we strive to remind all clients about their patch tests within the 48-hour timeframe, our busy schedule may prevent constant monitoring. It is your responsibility to remember and attend your patch test, as indicated during the booking process. Failure to comply may result in the release of your appointment to another client, ensuring efficient use of our resources. We will make every effort to contact you before taking this step, so please promptly respond to any voicemails or emails we send you.
